The frameworks, assessments, curriculum, and names you see on this website are original work, developed over more than 30 years in education and leadership. This page explains which marks we own, how our materials may be used, and how licensed partners and certified coaches can use them with confidence.

How our materials may be used

| Licensed organizations | Use within your organization, for the people, number of seats, and time period named in your license or partnership agreement. |
| Certified JOY Success Coaches | Delivery of JOY content and use of approved JOY marks as described in your certification agreement, while your certification is active. |
| Everyone else | Short quotes with clear credit to Dr. Delphina JOYce Avila and JOY Journey Options YouChoose®. Any other use requires written permission. |
What is not permitted without written permission
- Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing JOY assessments, guides, or curriculum
- Delivering JOY workshops, assessments, or coaching under JOY names without an active license or certification
- Describing yourself as a “JOY Success Coach” or as JOY-certified without completing JOY Success Coaching Certification™
- Creating derivative frameworks, tools, or courses based on JOY models
- Using JOY marks in a business name, domain name, social media handle, or advertising
- Uploading JOY materials to AI tools, shared drives, or learning platforms outside your license terms
