Leadership with JOY is offered by JOY Journey Options YouChoose®, led by Dr. Delphina JOYce Avila. We respect the privacy of the organizations and people we serve. This policy explains what information we collect through leadershipwithjoy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

In short: we collect only what we need to plan and deliver your leadership development work. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Information we collect

Needs Survey. When an organization completes our Needs Survey (hosted on Google Forms), we receive the organization name, contact name, role, email, participant details, goals, timeline, format, and budget information you choose to share.
Scheduling. When you book a discovery call or debrief through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you add, and shares them with us so we can meet.
Email. When you write to info@leadershipwithjoy.com, we receive your message and contact details.
Workshop surveys. For partnership engagements, participants may complete pre-workshop, post-workshop, and 30-day follow-up surveys. Individual responses are confidential. Partner organizations receive group results only, and participant comments are shared only anonymously and with permission.
Team tools. The Team Assessment and Team Diagnostic tools on this site calculate results in your browser. Results are shown on screen; they are not stored on our website unless you choose to share them with us or your facilitator.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.

To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and prepare proposals
To design, deliver, and measure workshops, coaching, and partnership programs
To prepare impact reports for partner organizations using aggregated, de-identified results
To send invoices and handle program administration
To keep this website secure

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example Google for forms, Calendly for scheduling, and our website host), with the partner organization that engaged us (group results only), or when required by law.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set essential cookies only for site administrators who log in. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@leadershipwithjoy.com.
